Re: lenovo thinkpad x60 tablet power manager

The Windows Vista compatability update I believe, although it installed
about 5 updates that day. The power manager had been running with no
problems, and after the vista compatability update it said the program had
known compatability issues. The Power Manger software is the latest from
lenovos site and clearly state that it is for windows vista.

Re: lenovo thinkpad x60 tablet power manager

Oh, okay. You didn't mention this was with Vista. 8-) Can you figure out
which update is causing the issue and maybe I can get someone's attention on
the problem at Microsoft. Otherwise, I'd suggest contacting Lenovo support
and telling them so they know, too. Have you tried reinstalling Lenovo's
power management software (if it is available), perhaps even in Safe Mode?
