Hi,
I'm running XP SP2 Tablet 2005 and I can't get the recognizer pack to
recognize Japanese text. I installed the Tablet Recognizer Pack and
installed keyboard support for Japanese, but in the "Add Input Language" part
of "Text Services and Input Languages", the "Handwriting Recognition" box is
greyed out. Doesn't the Tablet Recognizer Pack include support for Japanese
handwriting recognition? I don't have the MUI, but the Tablet Recognizer
Pack didn't seem to require it. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, it does support Japanese.

Have you followed all the instructions in this KB?
