Good Day!

How do I get the tablet to recognize pen interaction to only work with an
extended desktop setting with the tablet screen being the secondary screen?

Right now I have made the tablet screen the secondary monitor, yet when I
touch the screen with the pen, it causes reactions on the external monitor
and ignores what is going on where I want it to be.

Sorry, Keith, but it cannot be done that way. Your Tablet PC screen must be
the primary display, with the external screen as secondary. A lot of people
have asked for that, but it is not possible. The Tablet screen is
integrated with the system, whereas an external display is not.
