I updated the drivers to my external monitor, and now I cannot switch
back to 1400x1050 on the native LCD; the highest is 1280x1024. I also
cannot find drivers for the m200 display, only for the nvidia graphic
card. Any suggestions?

Try using Roll Back Driver in Device Manager. The current Nvidia drivers
released by Toshiba are on the Toshiba download page.
