IBM ThinkPad X41 Tablet

Well, nearly 6 months after I calling it, and now whence out hunting FCC
docs, well, proof positive. Old news by now, but didn't see it on the
newsgroups. Press was too busy at WinHEC to much bite, but got a few tags.

Well, IBM is here...

"IBM has developed a ThinkPad laptop computer with a rotating screen that
can be used as a tablet computer, according to documents made available by
the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. With its signature black case,
the ThinkPad X41 Tablet Series looks like any other model of IBM's
ThinkPad laptop line. However, the screen of the X41 Tablet Series can be
rotated 180 degrees and pressed flat against the computer's keyboard,
turning the notebook into a tablet computer, according to the documents."

Re: IBM ThinkPad X41 Tablet

The orgin FCC urls are 404'ing for me now, but a few days ago, Engadget
tagged the pictures. Peter Rojas coulda had this way earlier, as it hit
FCC 1-2 weeks ago, but I guess he's way busy. ;) Anyways, enjoy...
