JumpingMinds Math Practice software released

http://www.jumpingminds.com/

It seems to be a 30 day free trial, but if you go to the register option on
the menu it sends you into a mode in which previously available levels are
no longer available and you are told your free trial has expired. At the
moment you can't fix the problem by registering because the registration
part of their Web site is "Coming soon".

I assume both issues will get fixed.

They did not implement my suggestion of leaving some room in-between lines
of bigger multiplication problems so you could jot carrying numbers for each
line, even though they said they thought it was a good idea.

I can't tell if the fraction practice still has only fractions with the same
denominator because of the registration glitch. That seemed to defeat the
whole purpose.

The coin practice looks good.

Have you contacted them through the web site? I would think that would be
the place for an issue with their product.

Re: JumpingMinds Math Practice software released

I'm sure they know their registration page is not up yet. As for my
functionality suggestion from a few months ago, contacting them through
their Web site didn't seem to do very much.

Loren is on a distinguished road
Hi Mickey,

We've updated the download files on the web site. Let me know if this solves the problem. You can reach me directly at loren.heiny at jumpingminds.com.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Re: JumpingMinds Math Practice software released

I heard back from JumpingMinds about the "trial period for this product has
expired" problem. They said "There's a new download on JumpingMinds.com
that should fix the problem:
http://www.jumpingminds.com/mathpracticeskillpak.htm ".

Re: JumpingMinds Math Practice software released

Apparently my suggestion about line spacing for carrying numbers will be in
the next version.
