| Win XP Tablet IE Version? We are looking to invest in some Tablets for WebApps for people walking around, the problem is that it has to be the full Desktop version of IE. Is that the version that comes with Windows XP Tablet Edition? Or is it a rundown/lite version? Thanks |

| Re: Win XP Tablet IE Version? The "Windows XP Tablet Edition" is really Windows XP Pro running the Tablet PC Edition superset on top. You have all the normal qualities of XP Pro, plus the Tablet functionality. -- Chris H. | Re: Win XP Tablet IE Version? Nothing "Light" about WinXP TPCedition... Except for the weight of the tablet. Think of the tablet as a laptop without a keyboard but with a digitizer behind the screen, running XP Pro with some extra features just for tablets. -James "Nick B" <Nick B@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A4E5680E-B57E-422F-9E1F-6DFE91076E87@microsoft.com... > We are looking to invest in some Tablets for WebApps for people walking > around, the problem is that it has to be the full Desktop version of IE. > Is > that the version that comes with Windows XP Tablet Edition?
