Can I set up a custom dictionary? For example, when I write "abc", it
reconizes as "ABC International Limited"? If yes, can I setup different
dictionary for different user as Tablet PC may be used by many people?

No, it works on words only, Joe. But you might want to look into
ActiveWords which has ActiveWords InkPad for Tablet PCs and offers global
support on Tablets for pen input. They've got a 60-day trial version which
would let you give it a good work-over.
