| Installing Recovery cds on tablet 3505 without ext drive I have a Portege 3505 Tablet PC that I had to install a new hard drive in. I did not have any of the software. I bought it at the swap meet "AS IS" the laptop only! It worked great until it fell down a flight of stairs! Well, I talked to several people and got different solutions by everybody. "unmountable boot volume". I finally changed the hard drive. Then I found out the very hard way that Windows XP Tablet Version was not easy to come by! Finally, I got Toshiba to send me the Recovery CDs. Every time I try it says insert system disk press any key to continue - over and over. Now what!      |
