I have just bought an Acer Tarvelmate C110 in China as I have lost my laptop
there. However, I found out that the OS is in Chinese. I have trie dot
contact Acer Singapore to exchange for an English recovery disk which
includes the Windows XP Tablet. However, I was told that I can't get the OS,
but just the drivers for the notebook.

Would like to know where I can buy an English version of Window XP tablet
for PC edition.

You need to deal with the OEM and where you bought the Tablet PC. There is
no other regular use source for the Windows XP Pro operating system and
Tablet PC Edition superset. It must come from the manufacturer.
