Toshiba M200 Support?

Hey Guys,

I have an M200 and it looks like my company is looking to roll these out
to the field guys but there are some concerns about hardware support.
Apparenlty you have to send the laptop into toshiba to get any hardware
fixed. We've normally used a non-tablet laptop from Dell and they do
hardware support at your home if you carry such a warranty.

For you guys that own the M200 is hardware support an issue with for you?

Toshiba, as far as I know, has been very cooperative and swift in addressing
any issues. If your company is going to roll out Toshiba M200s for field
work, I believe you should be in contact with Toshiba (or perhaps their
local rep) in the logistics of any possible repairs. It could be they have
a repair station close by to your headquarters.
