My input panel is locke din character mode in all apps. Any suggestions
where to lock for a solution?

How is it "locked," Boris? Have you tapped either of the other two icons
(Writing Pad or On-Screen Keyboard) on the left side of the Tablet Input
Panel? What are the results?

The input panel will stay locked in character mode if you are using a non
supported language like dutch (darn...). Because there is no recognition
possible for these languages, the recognise-modes are disabled, I found out
myself.. I am looking forward to the releas of the dutch recognition
updates...
