Outlook Connector for Domino

I am trying to run the outlook connector for domino on my tablet so that I
can intergrate tasks and meeting agenda into Onenote. Outlook loads and
connects to Domino but the Outlook.exe processin task manager is utilizing 90
+ percent continuosly and bogs down the machine. Has anyone else experienced
this issue? Is there a way to resolve. If I run the Connector on my xp
professional laptop it works fine.

Re: Outlook Connector for Domino

Have you asked the folks who created this "Domino"? Which version of
Outlook are you using?

Re: Outlook Connector for Domino

Okay, but that won't enable you to automatically put things in OneNote.
They're two separate programs, and while OneNote is part of the Office
"family" it is a distant relative at this point. There are some OneNote
PowerToys (unsupported by Microsoft) which allow certain functions, but
they're limited in functionality. You can see two of them here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/as...408961033.aspx

As for the Domino add-on, I'm not familiar with the program, so I would
suggest perhaps posting to the microsoft.public.outlook.add_ins newsgroup to
see if one of the Outlook MVPs can assist you over there. It may be
something as simple as a little "tweak" on one program or the other. One
you post over there, please make sure you tell them which version of Outlook
you're running, and what updates you've done for it.

Re: Outlook Connector for Domino

My bad, Mike. 8-) You should try posting to the microsoft.public.outlook
newsgroup. The add_ins newsgroup is for developers, primarily. You may do
better finding the right newsgroups if you were to use a regular news reader
(like Outlook Express) instead of the web-based newsgroups.

Anyone can subscribe (free) to the msnews.microsoft.com news server and
access ALL Microsoft's newsgroup without sign-in or passwords. OE's Help
has a guide to setting up a News account.
