I heard about the sniplet tool new version comming out?
When and how can I get it? I know i probably don't need it because of
Onenote, but I like it anyway.

Microsoft has not announced any new snipping tool, however if one were to be
released it would probably be on the PowerToys page:

Hmm.. I could've sworn I read something about a new version or update to the
snippit tool. I read it on www.tabletpcbuzz.com when someone went to some
convention and talked to one of the MS guys there.

Yes, there is a new snipping tool coming out in the new 'Experience
pack' for the tabletPC. However, there are no dates set when it will
come out. When it does come out, it will probably go on the microsoft
powertoys page, so keep an eye on that.

In the mean time the old one is still there and still works.

I don't see why one note stops you needing the snipping tool though?
