| Windowblinds/Object Desktop Hey all, OK, I just bought and installed Object Desktop, with Window Blinds etc on my Toshiba M200. Everything's great...well almost. After the install I my Tosh's pen buttons and the toshiba tablet buttons don't work. For example the screen rotate button still works as an escape key, but holding it down doesn't re-orient the screen anymore. The pen buttons as well dont respond at all. Anyone else come across this, and come across a solution to it? -- Pete Wright Author of ADO.NET Novice to Pro for Apress www.petewright.org |

| Re: Windowblinds/Object Desktop Hmmm. Sounds like the program "broke" your buttons. 8-) Have you gone to the Start Menu/All Programs/Toshiba/Tablet PC and tried changing or setting the Rotation Utility? You can also access the setup in Control Panel/Tablet and Pen Settings. Are you running XP SP2 and the Tablet PC Edition 2005? If so, have you tried updating all the drivers from Toshiba's web site which are designated as XP SP2-specific? They started releasing them after XP SP2 was finalized. Even if you have, you might try reinstalling them, as it seems the recent install changed things. If nothing else, you may try using a Restore Point from before installing the program to see if that brings everything back. -- Chris H. | Re: Windowblinds/Object Desktop You know what Chris - Following your advice I got all smart-ass like and said to a colleague "bloody MVP types - 'reinstall all the drivers - great advice'". I did it anyway since by and large you're pretty god like. It now works, I'm a schmuck. :) Cheers dude Pete "Chris H." <winxpnews********.com> wrote in message news:eK1z7uQFFHA.4052@TK2MSFTNGP14.phx.gbl... > Hmmm.
