I am trying to install the MSDN version of XP Tablet
2005, but the install fails with a "Manifest Parse Error"
in D:\i386\asms\52
\policy\msft\windows\networking\rtcdll\rtcdll.man. When
I look at this file on the CD, it is empty. I tried
downloading and burning the .iso file again, but got the
same results. I even tried downloading and burning the
German version to see if there was any difference, but
the rtcdll.man file on that CD still contains no
information. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

I haven't see that error, John, but why not try the MSDN Online Concierge
and see if they've run into the issue.
