Hello i cant install update 816093 (microsoft virtual machine)
and all update's after that

i don't receive a error code (just " unable to install microsoft vm but
then in dutch)

does some one has an answer to this

I believe that is already included in Windows XP SP2. The Microsoft Virtual
Machine update (816093) was issued mid-year in 2003, which pre-dates SP2 by
more than a year. I would visit the Windows Update site appropriate for
your operating system language (http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.com) and
if the update is not offered there, then you don't need it.

If all you need is the Microsoft VM for Java you can get it by following the
directions here:
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers_9.htm

However, it sounds like something may be messed up with the Windows Update
process itself. If some files get deleted or corrupted this can happen and
there are ways of resetting the process but I don't remember the details.
