Phil, this may also be related to what is being investigated regarding
mailmerge failure as related to XP SP2. I will pass word along, and post
what information I get in this thread.

Phil, I just received word from the Product Support Services at Microsoft
they are still pursuing a resolution, but the work-around I posted for you
earlier has now made its way to being an official Knowledge Base article:

I'll keep you posted when I hear anything else.
