| what price for a used m200, 1gig, 7200rpm? I've had my toshiba m200 for a little over a year and absolutly love it, it's a dream come true. Over the last year doubled the memory to 1 gig and just recently put in a new 60 gig 7200 rpm hdd, the thing is absolutly wonderful. That's the good news. The not so good news is that due to our growing family I really should sell the tablet. It's been used a ton (lovingly), there is one crack in the screen on one corner but other than that it's in fine condition. The crack starts on the side, curves arround for a 1/2 inch and then ends back on the side so the crack isn't spreading anywhere, in fact it is completly contained within the border of the screen so it doesn't even effect the display. My question is -- what type of a price do you think the market would support for my tablet? Granted the screen quality should drop the price but the upgraded memory and hard drive should be worth _something_. Any opinions? Thanks, Mesan |

| Re: what price for a used m200, 1gig, 7200rpm? The other issue is that 1 year old M200 has a slower processor than the current model. I bought a new M200 last week, with 1 gig of ram, a 1.8Ghz Processor, and a 5400RPM 60 gig drive. It cost 1500 pounds in the UK (convert to dollars with your favourite currency converter tool). So, a one year old machine that is out of warranty, has a crack, is slower and has had it's innards tweaked by the previous owner (new hard disk) I would put down for about 800 pounds. Harsh I know but there are too many unknowns there (like how did it get the crack, why did you replace the hard disk, what kind of punishment has the machine had etc etc).
