QUick keys help?

I have a fujitsu 4110 tablet PC and update to SP2 successfully.
but in my Input Panel, there's no quick key at all. How can i turn the quick
key on?
And when i update my windows, allways fail to install"Microsoft .NET
Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1", anyone tell me why?

And in my input panel, the third key(input panel keyboard ),doesnt work
?---when i
select input panel keyboard, there's a blue black appear, but not a keyboard.
Why? Anyone can help?
Thanks!

Re: QUick keys help?

Bruce, it sounds as if you've had a failed upgrade, but I'd suggest you
first check Fujitsu's web site
http://support.fujitsupc.com/CS/Port...portsearch.do# for updated
drivers. I note there are three which are "recommended" with XP SP2's
update. SP2 seems to have its own way with drivers, since the re-write of
the Registry is huge, and reinstalling the drivers solves many issues.

Secondly, I'd suggest downloading and installing the Wacom Penabled driver
4.82-9a from their web site: http://www.wacom.com/tabletpc/driver.cfm And,
third, if the driver updates (please include an install or reinstall of your
graphics driver, too), doesn't fix things up, I would suggest you use the
Restore Point from System Restore to back out of the XP SP2 update.

With the newer drivers in hand, I would then make absolutely sure your
system is clean of any virus by running your anti-virus program with the
latest definitions, then do another update. You need to make sure all
normal programs, primarily including your AV program, are not running during
the install.

Re: QUick keys help?

Thank you very much!
I have update all the driver, but it doesnt work.
so I Restore to back out of the XP SP2 update, then it work, the quick key
appear :)
But i cant update to XP SP2 anymore, because when i update, they say i have
the SP2 installed already:), when i right click "my computer", see the
properties, it shows i have the XP sp2 already.
It's really strange,---I have Restored to a point before install the SP2 pack.
also i can not install"Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1",because
when i update, they say nothing new can be updated. :(
But anyway, now I can use my computer normally.
Thank you again!

Re: QUick keys help?

Miracles happen, Bruce. 8-) I don't know what to tell you, but as long as
when you right-click My Computer, select Properties and it says "Microsoft
Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005, Version 2002, Service Pack 2" your system
is updated.
