Does anyone out there krow how to add permanent test boxes to Journal
templates? I can add temporary ones just fine but they disappear if I do not
use them.

Re: windows journal text boxes

Text boxes could be added to a page, with either Ink or a typed
letter/number, then saved as a template for later use. It sounds like
you're attempting to save empty text boxes which then disappear. If you
were to "anchor" them with something within the box, you do then draw up the
"template" and edit, saving each use under a different name (Save As).

You could consider adding some text like "Enter date here" in a shade of
grey so that text-boxes remain and their purpose is identifiable.
