dual monitor issue with SP2 on TC1000

I upgraded my Compaq TC1000 to SP2 and ever since I've been having
problems with apps not opening on the correct display when I'm in
docked mode using dual monitor setting.

Issue 1) If I run Outlook on monitor 2 and open an email it displays
on monitor 1 (tablet screen). I drag it to monitor 2 and click reply
and it's back on monitor 1 again! Before I upgraded to SP2 the apps
would remember what monitor they were on.

Issue 2) Opening an Excel sheet in a maximized window on monitor 1
works fine. If I move it to monitor 2 and maximize, then exit, then
restart Excel, it opens on monitor 2 maximized but the sheet is 99%
off the screen to the left. Opening in a non-maximized window works
fine.

Issue 3) Open Quickbooks 2004 on monitor 1 or 2 in maximized window
and app stops responding. Open in a non-maximized window on monitor 1
works fine but I'll go blind trying to do my bookkeeping that way.
Open in a non-maximized window on monitor 2 will run the app okay but
if I try any action like create an invoice, view a report, etc.. the
new screen within Quickbooks won't show until I minimize and restore.

Graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce 2 Go, HP driver version 1.00C (26 feb
03).

Upgraded to SP2, loaded all current drivers from HP site.
Contacted HP and they said to contact NVIDIA. Talked to NVIDIA and
they said it was an HP issue because the graphics driver is an OEM
version specifically for the TC1000.

Everything works fine in undocked mode.

HELP!
