| shortcut keys for ink annotations Hi, We've purchased 9 Toshiba M200s. Next to the display they have four programmable pen buttons. The pen buttons defaults are program specific. In MS Word and Power Point they are set to cut (button 1), copy(button 2), paste and undo. Toshiba has a interface that you can use to reset the button functions to shortcut keys. We use Word documents and Power Point in presentions and like to make ink annotations on the documents during the presentation. We would like to be able to program the pen buttons to change the ink color, or switch to eraser with one click instead of using the ink annotation menu. I found a command to open the ink annotation menu and assigned it a shortcut key and then assigned the pen button the shortcut key, but I can't seem to find a command for changing the ink color. I tried recording a macro of the clicks opening the ink annotaion menu and selecting felt tip black, but the macro does not work. |
