It could be done in a PDF if Adobe Acrobat is available. A really great piece of software for adding comments ad annotations (incl. handwritten stuff like a signature) is the "PDFAnnotator" [1]. PDF Annotator looks like it just might be what I'm looking for. Right now, I have to print the document, sign it and then re-scan it. |
