I read something about a new Microsoft stylus for tablet PC a while a go.
Only a rumor, or will it be available soon?

If not - does anyone know other good styluses (available in Europe)?

Must have been a rumor from somewhere, Henrik. I've never heard of
Microsoft getting into that area, especially with companies like Wacom and
Cross already geared to supply all the necessary pens. Besides, the OEM
Tablet companies also have their own versions, depending on Wacom or Fine
Point digitizers being used, and the touch screen versions will use regular
PDA-type pens.

It depends on which technology your TabletPC is using.
In case it's based on a Wacom digitizer:
