| Does anyone here know about the IX104? Hi All, I am looking at the IX104, as shown here for example http://www.espre.net/pages/331751/index.htm which is probably originally this one http://www.symbol.com/news/reporters...ore_ix104.html I will need to fit a wifi module in there and a bluetooth module. I have found out that the wifi module is a "Cisco 350" but that covers quite a range. However none of the official IX104 resellers will discuss this. They all have a very nicely tied-up market where the unit has to go back to the official vendor for any internal changes. Does anyone anything about this product? One can buy them second user but unopened for a fraction of the new-product price... Thank you in advance for any tips. Peter. -- Return address is invalid to help stop junk mail. | Re: Does anyone here know about the IX104? Hi, Peter, Have you checked Xplore's website? I have some info on it on my website. Check the comparison chart (Rugged Models) to see if that tells you what you need. If not, you can check the page I have on Xplore. You can also get a link direct to the Xplore website. If nothing works, please tell me exactly what you want to know and I'll ask my contact at Xplore for clarification. There are a couple of different iX104 models, so be sure you're looking at the same exact model on all sites when comparing. -- Terri Stratton Editor / Owner http://thetabletpc.net http://themediacenterpc.net RSS Feeds Microsoft Windows MVP / Tablet PC "Peter" <peter@peter2ooo.co.uk> wrote in message news:ejs3s0hcjah0ga624d418vq52426rbgh0c@4ax.com... > Hi All, > > I am looking at the IX104, as shown here for example > > http://www.espre.net/pages/331751/index.htm > > which is probably originally this one > > http://www.symbol.com/news/reporters...ore_ix104.html > > I will need to fit a wifi module in there and a bluetooth module.
