I'm asking the same question myself. It also doesn't show up on the
www.microsoft.com/TabletPC site. It might just be a matter of time and
the sites might need to sync up.

This download is basically additional context tagging in Office 2003, giving
us context-based handwriting recognition upon installation. The overall Ink
recognizer process is still seeded within Tablet PC Edition 2005.

Any additional details on what new context tagging was provided? I
figured it was just a context tagging update but there wasn't any
information as to what the delta was.

I'm not for sure on everything, but the main thing is getting the right
recognition going for input lines. I'm going to do some digging around in
the next couple days. 8-)
