I buy a table pc, the OS is "Microsoft windows XP tablet
PC Edition 2005". But when use outlook express to get my
internet mail, I found outlook express can't save the
password.

Nothing to do with being on a Tablet. It's an OE problem.

That's a typical Outlook Express issue, and has been for years. Check this
