I have a new ViewSonic Tablet Pc. I updated my OS to 2005. I can't access
Outlook after updating Office.
I also, use a proprietary software program to draw real estate contracts. If
there a way to have client sign on the tablet pc to capture signatures then
save the doc and email to client and also print hard copy later?

First answer: Go into Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs and find the
Microsoft Office installation listing. Single-click that, then select
Change and do a Repair.

Second answer: I don't know for sure. It would depend on the program
you're using, the security and verification of the signature being captured,
and local or state laws which govern such items to make it legally binding.
Since it is Real Estate, I would check with the local Real Estate
association, or perhaps even the state group, to see if they've adopted a
process.

Keep in mind, it depends on the state in which the contracts are written and
a myriad of other technical issues such as the sanctity and proven security
path of the signature - even whether or not it is stored in an encrypted
state which other parties cannot modify.
