| Re: Tablet PC Presentation Do you have the Tablet PC Edition 2005 installed? You could pretty easily use the built-in tutorial, if you've downloaded it from the link on All Programs. You might also want to take a look at the information here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/u...c/default.mspx Remember, when you're giving the demo, unless the users have calibrated the pen for their own use (as a right- or left-hander, too) the results may not be acceptable. -- Chris H. | Re: Tablet PC Presentation Thank you Chris for the reply. I have looked at that but it requires for me to be interactive using the pen. I am looking for something that is animated and actually shows the pen on the screen. "Chris H." wrote: > Do you have the Tablet PC Edition 2005 installed? | Re: Tablet PC Presentation Hmmm. There are so many things you can do with a Tablet PC, unless you had a specific area where a demo could be developed, I think you'll only find generalized videos. You may want to check some of the information on MSDN's Channel 9, http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=14, which includes "Souping up the Tablet PC" by Peter Loforte, general manager of the Tablet PC team (http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=16964) among other presentations by the Tablet Team. -- Chris H. | Re: Tablet PC Presentation If you want to show a generic application you can show videos of one of the winning programs in the Think In Ink contest: http://www.xthink.com/mathjournal_videos.html We've done a similar demo for our medical software but one needs to use the TIP only once in the demo to write in a disease name. If you have a Tablet PC the most effective demo for doctors is to show how to use on a Tablet the programs that they want to use for their work. | Re: Tablet PC Presentation Dude, Check out this video: http://www.microsoft.com/office/asx/infopath/300k.asx It is for Infopath, but it highlights the tablet PC for speeding admission to NY Presbyterian hospital emergency room. I went to a roadshow for the tablet PC this year, and they highlighted this video to show the usefulness, especially in the medical field.
