| digitizer error on shutdown I have a Fujitsu Stylistic ST5020 with Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Service Pack 2. On the odd shutdown, the following error appears: Digitizer - application error The exception Privileged instruction 0xC0000096 occured in the application at location 0x0012e78d Click OK to terminate the program Click Canel to debug the program Since it is during shutdown, the message disappears quickly (I had to reboot the machine about 7 times to get the full message above). There is no digitizer.exe located anywhere on the system, however there is a digitizer service that runs automatically. Has anyone experience this issue? Any ideas on a resolution? Thanks Tom |

| Re: digitizer error on shutdown Perhaps there is a update here http://support.fujitsupc.com/CS/Port...portsearch.do? I don't know what drivers you have on your system, but the ones I located for your model are all "recommended updates." It is essential to have all the latest drivers from the OEM when you're running XP SP2 and the Tablet PC Edition 2005. If those don't help, I'd give Fujitsu support a call, Tom. They would know what's going on. -- Chris H.
