Creating Mpeg

Just got my Tablet PC and I would like to record my voice while I
simultaneously draw with the pen and have it saved as an mpeg. Is that
possible? What program(s) would you recommend? Thanks in advance.

Re: Creating Mpeg

OneNote can do audio and video recordings in conjunction with Ink notes,
Rex. Check it out. There's even a free trial download:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010858031033.aspx OneNote allows you to
record, flag instances within your own notes or drawings specific to the
voice or video, and even share those files via email through Outlook 2003 to
other OneNote users.

Assuming you have a legal Windows XP, you can get Photostory 3 for free
from microsoft. It makes movies from image files that you can make with
Journal
