Can I write(handwriting) in a program without bringing TIP? I mean that if
there is a blank field to be filled out like "Address" field in a program to
be filled, then can you just directly handwrite on that field rather than
having TIP come out and confirm the writing?

On the Tablet PC, you need to Tablet Input Panel for "address" fields. Only
specific programs like OneNote, Windows Journal, Office (in certain apps
using the Ink toolbar) and GoBinder, etc., are written to accept direct
input.
