| frozen at start up I just bought an averatec 3500. I started it up per directions. Then loaded office pro. Then loaded some files. Then shut down. Turned back on...it is frozen on blue screen that saying windows xp is starting up. HELP? Can I save those files i put on there? |

| Re: frozen at start up You could try taking out the battery and disconnecting the power supply and letting the machine sit five minutes or so. If that doesn't work and this is a brand new Averatec, you should call their support section for assistance, Amy. Some of their early models had certain issues (don't know if this is one) but they would be able to help you best. -- Chris H.
