M2OO screen Orientation button

Does not work. I have upgraded works Generic XP SP2 - but I never tried it
before upgrading, so I don't know if that's related.

Re: M2OO screen Orientation button

Have you installed the latest drivers from Toshiba's web site?

Re: M2OO screen Orientation button

Which one in particular? Every thing else seems to be working fine so I'm
loathe to download and install them all. Which driver might fix this
problem?

Re: M2OO screen Orientation button

You should download and install all of them, since the manufacturer has made
changes with all those files. Failure to keep up with the changes can cause
problems.

What do you mean with "does not work". You have to turn/hold the tablet
in the way you want it and then press the button long. The M200 has
sensors detecting the orientation and change the screen accordingly.

The button does not turn the screen just when pressed.

Bye,

Andreas

Re: M2OO screen Orientation button

That was it! I didn't realise you had to move the screen...
Thanks.

Also keep in mind that it doesn't change orientation - it sets the
orientation to be however you are holding the tablet.

Get the tablet positioned to the orientation you want it to switch to, then
hold the button. It has accellerometers to sense movement and position, and
adjusts accordingly. It's not like the previous Toshiba rotation button that
just cycles in order through the various settings.
