Hi,

I work for an Exhibition & Events company. We have a client who wants to
have Tablet PCs to demo at exhibition around europe.

I just want to know if I can change the languages to spanish, french, german
with out reinstalling the OS.

download is available here:

Note that the latter does NOT include the recognizer pack for the 2005
edition which has not been released by Microsoft yet.
