| taskbar behind all widows In settings is it is locked to stay on top. When I click F11 to drop the toolbar and move pointer to bottom of screen taskbar does not come up. I have to "lift" windows to expose desktop to get at it. WHY IS THAT? MY SETTINGS ARE OK. Thanks for any help. Aaric.      |
