Pen shift click and control drag

How does one do the shift-click and control drag functions with the pen on
the tablet?

Looks like you'll have to program two of your Tablet buttons to replicate
the Ctrl and Shift keys. You can do this by:

Tap Start
Tap Control Panel
Open Tablet and Pen Settings
Tap the Tablet Buttons tab
Tap one of the buttons and click Change
Follow the prompts
