| sensitivity of my hp pavilion tx 2550 eg worsen depending on electricsource the sensitivity of my hp pavilion tx 2550 eg worsen depending on electric source: with line input power it works well but on battery it is really worse do somebody knows a solution? I already tried the energy profiles of windows and changed everything to high, but it still works bad. thanks in advance andrei parvu |

On problems such as this one, you are probably going to have to push hard to get it escalated to higher levels of tech support since it's unlikely that the bottom level personnel are even going to know what you are talking about. I can only second Berverly's advice to contact HP support. In general HP service is excellent but at times one must really try hard to get a case escalated to the proper level. Apart from this you might ask in the HP-Forums which offer great peer-to-peer support. Perhaps you might meet others with the same problem.
