| Re: Is the XP SP2 also for tablets? They probably left it out, but it doesn't matter, you will get the Tablet PC Edition 2005 bits when you update to SP2 on a Tablet PC. -- Chris H. | Re: Is the XP SP2 also for tablets? Yes, it is. I noticed the omission yesterday and sent it to Microsoft. It's being taken care of. -- Terri Stratton Editor / Owner http://thetabletpc.net Microsoft Windows MVP / Tablet PC "namtscho" <namtscho@gmx.net> wrote in message news:4118fbf3$0$24804$9b622d9e@news.freenet.de... > Hi there, > > on the downloadpage for XP SP2 I read: > > ----------- > System Requirements: > > Supported Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows XP Home Edition , Windows > XP Media Center Edition, Windows XP Professional Edition > ---------- > > I can see no XP Tablet PC Edition! > So what? > > regards > namtscho |

| Re: Is the XP SP2 also for tablets? YES, actually it's much more for Tablets. The SP2 XP overall fixes and enhancements do apply to a Tablet. as well as all other XP PCs. In addition SP2 contains a major set of fixes and enhancements specific only to the Tablet.
