I'm having a weird problem.
Whenever I try to add sites to the "Restricted Sites" list, I get an error
that says I must prefix the site name with "https://".
That would be the proper error message if I were trying to add the site to
"Trusted Sites", but not to "Restricted Sites".
I think I might have gotten a little hacked here.
Can anybody here help me fix this problem?

as this is no problem related to a *TabletPC* but just an ordinary
browser thing, pls visit a newsgroup dealing with your browser.
