Tablet PC Input Panel AWOL

Since a week or so, the Panel is missing on start up. Launching it will bring
it up and it will work as normal from then. Next boot, however, the Panel's
AWOL again.

Any ideas?

SOLVED

Reinstalling my [Wacom Tablet] Pen driver resolved the issue.
As for OS, Vista Premium Desktop.
