M200 bios update

Toshiba released two bois updates. The newest one (1.60) is supposed to help
"correct an issue where the system would sometimes blue-screen after
standby/resume on Windows."

I don't know about anyone else, but I've spent more time watching disk
checking lately than using the tablet.

Hopefully it works.
