| Gateway M275-Big Problems...Need Help Hello All, I have a 2 huge problems. First of all, my tablet has a quick button which allows me to switch from landscape mode to portrait mode and back, but whenever I try to switch orientations, i get the error message..."The setting you requested cannot be supported. Open Display in Control Panel, adjust the settings, and then try to change orientation again." And when it doesnt say that, it tells me to contact the manufacturer. Open contacting Gateway they said I should return it, and let them work on it. But I just got the computer and I'm trying to avoid returning it. Does anybody know what settings need to be changed? And my second problem is that often times when I am restarting or shutting down my computer, it takes an extremely long time or it doesnt shut down and I have to manually press the button, is there a way to correct this? I thank anyone who answers this for me in advance. THANK YOU!! |
