TabletPC update breaks .Net

I am using a single image deployment methodology to deploy a XP SP2 image to
notebooks and tablets using the following link as the guideline:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../bb457081.aspx

Once the TabletPC components are loaded through the commandlines of SYSPREP
MS .NET 2.0 will not longer function properly. I have notice the same issue
with .NET 2.0 SP1. It looks like the Tablet components load .NET 1.0 over
writing registry entries for .NET 2.0. Is there a MS Hotfix for this issue
or is there another solution.

THANKS
DC
