| Upg vista home prem sp1 to ultimate help My son has an HP tablet laptop, 2 months old, with vista home premium sp1. His college is wanting an upgrade to vista ultimate. we bought the upgrade through the school. When we go to upgrade, it will not let us upgrade, only do a full install. Message says, "you must upgrade to a newer version first". the upgrade disk has a date of 9/2/2007, laptop is much newer. Can anyone help with this?      |
