When I used a tablet pc with a projector to show a web presentation
with an online video, only the website was projected. The video only
played on the tablet screen. I have the same problem when connected
through the docking station to a secondary monitor.

It's to do with the overlay function of your graphics card. Somewhere in
the display device settings there should be something to set the overlay to
the external or internal monitor. Failing that, switch your graphics card
(when used with projector) to external only (so that you can't see anything
on the Tablet PC display) and this _may_ overcome the problem
