Will we ever see a new version of Windows Journal? If so, is there an ETA
on the release. I have found a few bugs in Journal and would like to
submit them to the Journal team. How do I do this?

Journal is a system utility like Paint, Notepad etc, so any update would
come with a Windows update. There have been no UI changes for Lonestar and I
haven't seen any list of changes other than those associated with the system
recognizers. I really doubt that there will be any Journal updates before
another major release of Windows, and even then I wouldn't hold my breath as
there are plenty of dead-ended Windows components.
