One of the best things about the Tablet PC is the elimination of the
language input barriers that for once existed with the mouse and keyboard.
That drived me for getting one, however I was set back with the MUI not
available except for MS Volume Customers...

I've seen a quote on the MS site about Tablet PC OEMs can provide the MUIRP
to customers. I'm planning to purchase the Acer TravelMate C110, can anyone
please give me some details on the price, functionality, and most
importantly, how to obtain it.

The Reco pack is downloadable* from Microsoft, but a true MUI pack that
updates the interface language of Windows is typically only available to
volume customers. This is just the same as other editions of Windows (or
Office). If there is an OEM deal for individuals then you'll have to contact
your OEM, Acer. Please update the newsgroup if this is the case.
