2 lines in input panel

when I installed RC2 of sp2, I lost the 2 line entry for input panel, but
the panel automatically gets bigger when I write. Can I get the 2 line
input?

I don't think there is a way to set the new TIP to default to two lines.
Do you really need that second line there all the time or is it just what
you have gotten comfortable with? I'm going to sound like a Microsoft
apologisy here but I really don't see how it could be a problem as long
as the second line appears well before you actually need it.

Re: 2 lines in input panel

That is the new Tablet Input Panel, Don. It will expand automatically as
you write and, depending on screen size/resolution and opening position,
will go about 13 to 15 lines deep. Remember, you can also drag the open TIP
around your screen, using the :::: indicator on the right side. If you
really want two lines to start with, just put any character at the end of
the first line, and you'll have the second line exposed immediately.
